¡DALE UN NOMBRE AL PINGUINO!

My zoo in New York recently welcomed a new baby to their group of 30 Chilean Humboldt penguins and had a contest to name him. There were over 600 entries but our Kindergarten class' name is in the top 5! We thought of the name "Juntos" because Chile has come together after the earthquake and because we've done several projects together with my city and family in New York, such as Pen Pals, letters, photos and now with the penguin.

The easiest way to vote is by writing "Juntos" in the subject line of an email to contest@rosamondgiffordzoo.org

. Or you can become a "Fan" of the zoo on Facebook and leaving your vote on the wall. ¡Vote para nuestro nombre de pingüino!
Mi zoológico en Nueva York dio la bienvenida recientemente a un nuevo pingüino a su grupo de 30 pingüinos chilenos de Humboldt y tuvo una competencia para nombrarlo. ¡Hubo más de 600 sugerencias pero el nombre de nuestra clase está entre los primeros 5 lugares!
Pensamos en el nombre "Juntos", porque Chile tiene que estar todo junto después del terremoto y porque hemos hecho varios proyectos juntos con mi ciudad y familia en Nueva York, como Amigos por correspondencia, con letras y fotos, y ahora con el pingüino.
La mejor forma para votar es escribiendo "Juntos" en el título asunto de un correo electrónico a contest@rosamondgiffordzoo.org. O hacerse "Fan" del zoológico en Facebook y votar en el muro.
